Tiger prawns ~ pan fried in ginger and coriander
Prawn & Smoked Salmon cocktail with granary bread
Chicken liver and cognac paté with toasts & onion chutney

Traditional roast turkey  + sage & onion stuffing, roast potatoes, parsnips & pigs in blankets
Sirloin Steak  + chunky chips, mixed salad & garlic mushrooms
Braised shank of lamb  + dauphinoise potatoes, parsnip chips & red wine reduction
Grilled salmon fillet  + smoked salmon and prawn cream, crispy leeks & new potatoes
